How it works
Free On-Site Water Quality Consultation
We come to your home for a free water quality consultation — we'll talk through your water quality concerns, discuss what's typical for your suburb, and help you understand your options. The consultation takes around 30 minutes and costs nothing.
For a full scientific breakdown of your suburb's water quality, Water Corporation publishes detailed annual water quality reports — we'll point you directly to yours and help you read what matters. There's no obligation to proceed and no sales pressure.
Water Corporation reports
Water Corporation publishes detailed annual water quality data for every Perth suburb. We'll guide you to your report and explain what the results mean in plain language.
Honest guidance only
We'd rather point you to authoritative data and earn your trust than make claims we can't back up. If you don't need a filter, we'll tell you.
Your Written Quote
Based on your consultation, we'll recommend the most suitable system and provide a written, itemised fixed-price quote. You'll see exactly what you're paying for — system, installation, and any fittings — with no hidden costs.
We take the time to explain your options clearly so you can make an informed decision. There's no time pressure and no lock-in — take as long as you need.
Fixed price
The price on your quote is the price you pay. No variation claims, no call-out fees, no surprises on the invoice.
Clear options
We'll explain the difference between systems and give our honest recommendation — not just the most expensive option.
Professional Installation
Once you're happy with the quote, we schedule a convenient installation day. Most residential systems are installed in a single visit — typically 2–4 hours. All work is carried out by fully licensed WA plumbers to Australian Standards.
We work neatly, protect your home, and clean up fully before we leave. You won't be left with an unsightly mess or exposed pipework.
What to expect on the day
We arrive in the agreed window, explain what we're doing, install cleanly, test everything, and walk you through the system before we leave.
Meets all Australian Standards
All ProperWater installations involving mains plumbing are completed by WA-licensed plumber partners and comply with AS/NZS 3500 Plumbing Standards — protecting your warranty and home insurance.
System Walkthrough & Handover
Before we leave, we walk you through exactly how your system works — how to check it's running correctly, what the indicator lights or gauges mean, and what to do if you have any concerns. We leave you fully confident with your new system.
Warranty registration
We register your system warranty on your behalf and provide you with all documentation.
Service reminder set up
We log your system in our service schedule so we can contact you when the next filter change is due.
Ongoing Support & Servicing
We stay in touch. When your filters are due for replacement, we contact you, schedule a time, and come out to service everything properly. You don't need to track filter schedules, order parts, or figure out anything yourself.
If you ever have a question or concern about your system between services, just call or email — we're here to help.
Service reminders
We track your schedule and reach out when it's time. No reminders to set, no filters to hunt down online.
Fixed-price servicing
Service visits are priced clearly upfront. You always know what you'll pay before we arrive.
