Compatibility Checker · CHF Replacement Filters

Which CHF system
do you have?

Complete Home Filtration installs three main system formats across Australian homes. Use our quick checker to identify yours and confirm whether PW Series replacement filters are designed for your housing format — before you order.

Step-by-step

Compatibility checker.
Two questions.

Answer two quick questions about your existing CHF housings and we'll tell you which PW filters fit.

How many filter housings do you have?

Look under your kitchen sink or in your garage / laundry — count the cylindrical blue (sometimes white) housings connected in a row.

How tall is each housing?

Measure or estimate the length of one housing — bottom cap to top cap. A standard kitchen ruler placed against it gives you an approximate length.

Finding your model

Where to find your
CHF model label.

Most CHF installations have a label or sticker identifying the system model. It's usually in one of three places.

01

On the housing cap (most common)

Look at the top cap of one of the housings — there's often a sticker with the CHF logo and model number printed in small text.

02

On the mounting bracket

The metal or plastic bracket the housings are attached to often has a CHF identification label, especially on installs done after 2020.

03

On your original paperwork

Check the original installation invoice or service log book — the model number is usually listed there. CHF customers also receive an annual service reminder showing model details.
